WAM – Walid Al Massih

Walid Georges Al Massih (born June 7, 1982), better known as Walid Al Massih, is a Lebanese record producer, composer and musician. Walid’s first full credit production work was in 2004 on Shah Lounge for a club of the same name in Beirut that he used to perform at. After further successful work on Ragheb Alama’s 2009 album Baasha’ak and Maya Nehme’s 2009 single War’a Bayda, Walid became a prominent producer for Arabic pop artists. He has collaborated with numerous artists, including Myriam fares, Ayman zbib, Ziad bourji, Naji osta, Salah kurdi, Adam, Nawal zoghbi, Ragheb Alama, Maya Nehme, Belime, UTN1 and Star Academy’s Myriam Atallah, Mia Haddad. Career 2007-Present Walid Al Massih produced songs including Maya Nehme’s “War’a Bayda”, Myriam Atallah’s hit single “Aman”, and spawned many hits that followed. It was at that time that his collaboration with famed Lebanese mastering engineer Tony Haddad began, and he began expanding his label. After further success in the nightlife scene, Walid’s home studio expanded to include 3 studios spread around Lebanon with plans for more in the region. New Wave Productions 2009-Present Walid Al Massih’s recording studio in Mansourieh, Matn District in Lebanon began an official expansion in 2009 when a Video division was launched.
